Vertical axial mixed flow pump 


General Type ZLB, ZLG pumps are single-stage vertical axial flow pumps. Type ZWB, ZXB pumps are separately horizontal and inclined axial flow pumps. They are provided for delivering clear water, sewage, rainwater and other liquid with slight corrosive. The highest temperature of the liquid is not allowed more than 50℃. They have the features of large capacity and low head. They are widely used for agriculture irrigation, water conservancy, water supply & drainage of civil engineering and farmlands, pollution treatment as well as used in salt factories, raise, power stations, docks for water lifting and falling, metallurgy and chemical industry, etc.

Construction
Vertical axial flow pumps:
The pump and the motor are mounted on separate foundation. The axial thrust of the pump is carried by the motor. The pump adopts rubber guiding bearings. The seal usually uses packing seal.
Horizontal or inclined axial flow pump:
The system of the pump consists of hydraulic channel, pump, driver, motor and additional equipment, etc. Drive device is reduction-gear-box.

The material of main parts of pump
Shaft: High-quality carbon steel.
Impeller: Cast steel or stainless steel.
Other parts: Cast iron or welding steel plate .

GENERAL

HW pumps are horizontal, single stage, single suction, volute type mixed flow pump. Simple, reliable, easy fitting, and high efficiency. small size and light weight. Applies to transport water or other liquids physical and chemical similar to water. Temperature of transmission fluid is not higher than 50°C.Wildly used in agricultural  irrigation, industrial and urban water supply and drainage and other occasions.

 DRIVE WAYS

Direct drive and variable speed drives. Power machine is a common motor and diesel engines. Power machine model order should be clear (power. rpm),in order to determine the specifications of the coupling or pulley.

 STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION

1. HW pump combines the pump cover, impeller, shaft, bushings and bearings and other major components.

2. Pump cover connects to pump and inlet respectively. There should be adequate clearance between plane and the impeller pump cover. Gap is too small, will cause friction; gap is too large, will lead to a lot of pressure water pump body back, so that reduce the pump efficiency. Actual appropriate clearance is 0.3 ~ 0.7mm (the shaft into the pump inlet), the gap can be adjusted by changing the paper pad thickness.

3. Seal device consists of packing, packing gland, packing ring, and pump the fill ring. Its role is to prevent air suction pump and to prevent excessive water to flow out from the pump along the axial.

4. Axil sleeve is to protect the shaft. Timely replacement after wearing.

5. Shaft is beared by single row radial ball bearing. Lubricating oil can be used on bearings - oil should be controlled between the lines marking on the oil benchmark; also grease can be used - can be added in the pump assembly. Supplement it during removing front cover and back cover.

6. The screw hole on the top of the pump is used for irrigation water or added water through connection of vacuum pump.

7. To expand the use of pumps to meet different requirements of users, can cut impeller (pump model is indicated belows.)

8. 150 ~ 350HW-type attachments are pump inlet and outlet to stay bent, live bending, foot valve and pulleys or couplings; 400 ~ 650HW attachments are pump inlet and outlet,which stay bent, check valve and pulleys or couplings.
